When will my order ship?

All Orders typically ship within 48 hours once the order has been placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once the order has shipped from the warehouse. Please note that we do our absolute best to ship your order as soon as possible, but during busy periods high order volume may slow us down.

I don't find my order number oer tracking number?

Why haven't I received a confirmation email of my purchase?

The most common reason is an incorrect e-mail address has been entered or the confirmation e-mail has been caught in a junk mail filter. Please make sure that you have correctly entered your e-mail address in your account information and check that the e-mail hasn't been caught in your junk mail filter.
