Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We use standard ground shipping for the best value and lowest carbon footprint for all orders.

Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Please allow one workday for processing & packing of orders.
During peak season (late Nov to early Jan) orders can take slightly longer to process.

Shipping costs:

Under USD/EUR/CHF/GBP 20.- (Tax included) = 4.95
Over USD/EUR/CHF/GBP 20.- (Tax included) = 10.95
Over USD/CAD 100.- & EUR/CHF/GBP 75.- (Tax included) = Free Standard Ground Shipping

Tax may be applied on the Shipping Cost.

After placing your order you will receive an Order Confirmation email within 30 minutes of submitting the order.

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number one business day after your order ships.

Freight Forwarders: Nidecker does not ship to Freight Forwarders under any circumstances. Nidecker ships via FedEx and currently does not offer delivery services to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Returns

Every item we sell has a 30 day return policy from the purchase date. If your new and unused item doesn’t work out, you have 30 days to return for a refund.
For US and Canadian returns the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For EU and UK returns we will provide you with a shipping label free of charge.

All items must be returned in original condition, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation and all accessories. Returns will be refused (or a restocking fee will be applied) if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged, and do not use manufacturer boxes for shipping back bindings. They must be placed within a separate shipping box.

When ordering Nidecker products, please use the sizing charts to determine the correct size. Keep in mind that ordering multiple sizes and returning a large part of your order has a big environmental impact due to the excess shipping and packaging.

For US and Canada - All discounted items sales are final and do not qualify for a return and refund.

We do not accept used items, but we are happy to help you with any manufacturer defects and warranty replacements. Please see our warranty policy here.

Received a damaged or incorrect item? Contact us.

Tips For Returning Your Item

Package the return shipment securely. Use the original shipping packaging when possible. Affix the return label to the outside of the package. Please remove, completely cross out or cover all old labels and barcodes.

Exchanges

At the moment, we are not able to 'exchange' items directly. If you want to change the sizing, model or color, you will need to initiate a return and place a new order on the webshop. To initiate a return, please click here.

30 Day Policy

Our 30 Day Return policy starts on the day the order is placed and includes weekends and public holidays. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 days upon arrival of return package, but we endeavour to process refunds faster where possible. Depending on your bank, it takes 1-3 workdays for the refund to appear in your bank account.
