Whenever we create a new boot or binding we produce a large quantity of spare parts for replacement of broken or lost parts. As you can imagine, we have literally hundreds of thousands of spare parts in our archive. Some we almost never need, some are requested more frequently.
Our policy is that we promise to have compatible (if not exact) pieces for three years after the season of production. IE for a binding released onto the market for sale during 2019/20, we will have pieces through winter 2019/20, 2020/21, 2021/22. If we need to produce more spares for a discontinued binding during that time, we do.
Please note that reasonable charge will be applied if a product is not valid for warranty (due to warranty limitations or warranty period).
